This is a maternity replacement position for a period of four months, from January 2 to the end of April 2025.
As a content curator, the incumbent will work closely with the assigned strategist, bringing fresh ideas and collaborating with all team members to create engaging content that audiences will love and want to share.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the strategy and CSM team to deliver content strategy, content plans, content calendars, content rollout, content posting, and content production.
- Drive daily outputs and delivery for existing clients and new business opportunities.
Key objectives and outputs:
- Manage content plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration.
- Foster a positive agency culture by driving innovation and prioritising content deliverables.
Core duties:
Content strategy:
- Develop clear, engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand and goals.
- Analyse content marketing data, perform audits and identify trends.
- Direct content recommendations and manage the editorial calendar.
- Establish style guides and understand the target audience.
Content plans and calendar management:
- Create social media and website content in line with strategy.
- Develop content calendars and brief the studio team.
- Research and keep updated on digital trends.
Content posting:
- Manage and schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Handle ad hoc content requests from clients.
Content production:
- Visit clients to gather footage for content calendars.
- Attend client events and manage live streams when required.
Key results:
- Effectively meet all deadlines.
- Deliver high-quality work.
- Regularly communicate research and innovations.
- Provide creative direction and identify engagement opportunities using audience insights.
Skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in digital platforms, content management systems, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
