Purpose:
The COO is responsible for overseeing the companys operational framework, strategic planning, and the management of resources to drive company-wide efficiency and profitable growth. This role ensures effective oversight of operations, risk management, and external partnerships, setting the standards for internal teams and projects.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree (BSc or B-Tech) in the built environment or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience, with 5 years in a senior role in a medium to large organization.
- Professional registration will be a great advantage.
- Skills and Knowledge: Advanced business planning and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership in operational and financial performance.
