Analyse business requirements and problems, understand root causes, identify solutions and implement effective strategies to improve organisational processes, systems and technologies.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, IT teams and management to understand their needs and translate them into viable solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.

- Business analysis and project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Requirements gathering, process modelling and solution design.
- Adapting to changing priorities, working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping and communication tools such as:
- MS SQL
- MS 365: Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint & Word (Intermediate)
- UML diagramming tools (e.g. draw.io, Visio, LucidChart)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience:
- 1. Business Solutions Analyst
- 2. Business Process Engineer or similar role with >10yrs+ experience
- 3. Preferred sectors worked in previously: Financial Service or Fintech >5years
- 4. Software development / Project Management >2 years
- 5. Understanding of the drivers of business performance: >2years
- a) Income Statement
