- UML diagramming tools (e.g., draw.io, Visio, LucidChart)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1. Business Solutions Analyst
- 2. Business Process Engineer or similar role with >10 years of experience
- 3. Preferred sectors worked in previously: Financial Service or Fintech >5 years
- 4. Software development / Project Management >2 years
- 5. Understanding of the drivers of business performance: >2 years
