As a Senior Recruiter , you will assume a leading role within our team, driving the recruitment efforts for a variety of sales, marketing, product, and account management roles. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our ongoing success. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, constant curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders to craft innovative and impactful recruitment strategies.
Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping:
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.
Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.
Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.
Candidate Engagement and Assessment:
Serve as the bridge between candidates and our clients.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience.
Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Guiding Candidates Through the Process:
Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining complete documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines.
Maintain open communication, addressing candidate concerns and questions promptly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Ideal Applicant Will Have:
2-5 years of agency related recruiting experience within tech, media, or SaaS
Sourcing experience using a variety of tools – LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Experience using an applicant tracking system – Loxo a plus
A meticulous approach to organization
A network of sales, marketing, account management, and/or product employees
An innate understanding of how to prioritize
