Our client, who provides and manages asset rentals/finance, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Executive / Business Manager (Business to Business).
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Management of accounts and maintaining strong lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent financial understanding of product offerings and financial savvy.
- Ability to structure and tailor solutions.
- Integration of customer drivers and business needs.
- Ability to communicate appropriately at a variety of organisational levels.
- Passion for results.
- Relevant legislative knowledge and understanding.
- Sound knowledge of customer requirements.
- Sound knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Sound knowledge of reporting lines and escalation procedures.
- Basic Project Management.
- Advanced financial knowledge and applied numeracy.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience
- Must have experience in account management. MUST understand financials.
- Experience in the sale of asset-based finance / rental finance products to the SME, Corporate and/or Public sector.
- Experience in the environment will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Relevant or recognised Post Matric qualification in Finance/IT or equivalent.
Package & Remuneration
Basic + Uncapped commission
