Key Responsibilities: - Source new services and goods, with creative international and local sourcing strategies.
- Vet suppliers and coordinate onboarding, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Influence local and BEE procurement by selecting appropriate suppliers and understanding BEE codes of good practice .
- Conduct cost and operational analysis to optimize expenditure and record monthly auditable savings.
- Manage contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with POPIA regulations .
- Place and expedite purchase orders, reconcile order discrepancies, and resolve invoice/contract queries promptly.
- Track market trends and conduct research to support informed procurement decisions.
Minimum Requirements & Experience: - Qualifications: National Diploma in Procurement or Logistics; a Degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3-6 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of BEE codes, supplier negotiations, and experience with Sage as a plus.
