My well-established freight forwarder is seeking a suitable candidate to manage their KAM's.
The role will be dedicated to engage the organization in managing customer relationships, revenue, and profit, as well as strategy.
The KAM Manager's main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time, as well as oversee all existing Key Account Managers within the team.
Requirements - degree in Supply chain or Logistics management / marketing and sales; min 7 - 10 years managerial and working experience within the freight forwarding, handling various Key Accounts and staff members.
