We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to lead our development team in creating scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design software solutions that align with best practices and business goals.
- Oversee the development process, guiding the team in using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Design and implement robust APIs, facilitating efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Leverage front-end and back-end frameworks to develop scalable applications.

- Enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with modern web technologies and API integration.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Spring.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, as well as microservices architecture.
