Minimum Requirements :
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Accounting or related field or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the execution and supervision of the CPO procurement processes
- Request and approve quote evaluations and recommend the appropriate supplier and approve purchase orders
- Implement and provide governance and risk management to comply with policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance and reporting on financial processes to adhere to accounting best practices required by the MFMA and National Treasury and other financial institutions
- Provide customer service orientation to provide quality and effective customer service to all relevant stakeholders
