Are you an experienced SAP consultant with strong Employee Central expertise? We're seeking an immediately available contractor to join our client's dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with particular focus on Time Off management
- Handle mid-level client communications and requirements gathering
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR applications
- Ensure system alignment with organizational needs
- Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and customization
- Strong expertise in Employee Central Time Off module
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong client communication abilities
Must-Have: - Immediate availability
- Previous contracting experience preferred
- 5+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to hit the ground running
