Requirements
- Previous management experience in a 4-star lodge environment
- Experience in front office, stock control, and forecasting

Description
- Check-in and out of guests, positively welcoming clients
- Administration: Bookings, Payments, cash reconciliation, taking deposits, and cancellations
- Manage staff positively
- Work collaboratively with the second lodge manager
- Oversee all areas with an eye for detail and bring new ideas
- Identify maintenance needs and report to the owner
- Oversee the kitchen to ensure all is in order for the restaurant and forecast for upcoming weeks
- Conduct stock taking and manage stock movement in and out
- Check deliveries from suppliers and handle supplier relations as needed
- Inspect rooms, lounge, and terrace to maintain 4-star standards
- Assist with purchases for the lodge based on client volume
- Staff planning

- R21 500 Gross per month
