Our client in Johannesburg is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to manage inventory and purchasing procedures for raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and other commodities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in commerce, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- Relevant SAPICS certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory control and experience in shipping and receiving.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with ISO systems and good manufacturing practices.
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment, including management or supervisory roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
