Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Design and execute growth strategies to position Boardroom Appointments as the go-to recruitment partner in the energy and infrastructure markets.
- Business Development: Actively pursue top-tier clients within energy, construction, mining, engineering, and infrastructure, leveraging your network and creating new opportunities.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from talent acquisition to placement, specializing in key areas like renewable energy, oil and gas, construction, and engineering.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions that set us apart.
- Market Leadership: Use innovative sourcing and client engagement techniques to position Boardroom Appointments as a leader in the sector.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals, while independently managing and growing your own client portfolio.
What We're Looking For

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, with specific knowledge in the energy and infrastructure industries.
