SALARY: R81 900 P/a

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To undertake appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the required qualification.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Provide administrative and facilitation assistance to the Business Advisors.
- Conduct all basic assessments with clients.
- Assist with outreach programme when available.
- Assist with the profiling and establishment of needs for SMME’s by utilising the SEDA tools.
- Participate in the screening of clients for further assistance by SEDA.
- Assist clients in the registration of their businesses with CIPRO.
- Refer the small enterprise to the Business Advisor in terms of growth, sustainability, and innovation requirements.
- Co-ordinate SEDA events and activities in consultation with a Business Advisor.
- Disseminate SEDA information to Branch level stakeholders.
- Provide information and advice to walk-in small enterprises continuously; and refer walk-in customers/small enterprises to relevant SEDA employees or other SEDA partners.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Matric (NQF 4) and a three-year tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management / Production Management / Business Management (NQF Level 5).
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Not Applicable – Work experience exposure programme.
