Purpose
Administrate and control all Promotional and Branding items related processes and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on social media platform content and engagement.
- Manage feedback via social media platforms, allocate to internal departments, ensure feedback to client and ensure utmost professionalism.
- Provide copy for social media posts.
- Conceptualise video content. Assist with recording of video content (sourcing talent and venues for recordings, assist with setup and coordinating the shoot, assist with review of final video).
- Provide content ideas for website and social media.
- Conceptualise and develop event ideas. Assist with branding. Assist with setup at venues. Overall support for events, as and when required. Assist with dry runs for virtual events and provide support during the event.
- Assist with copywriting for blog posts as and when required. Ensure copy is of a high standard and meets the language policy of the company.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years promotion, branding and admin experience.
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher, Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher).
- Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
