Our Client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Facilities Management), working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in Recruitment for Facilities Management at a Recruitment Agency specializing in Facilities Management placements.
- At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Recruitment Agency specializing in Facilities Management.
- Experience working with Engineering roles and building & maintenance staff sourcing.
- Experience working on Job Boards, Boolean Search, LinkedIn, etc.
- Will only phone candidates once identified and perform pre-screening.
- Be able to motivate candidates to apply for the specific job.
- Format CVs according to agency specifications.
- Ensure information on the candidate database is captured and updated.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with 1 new role every day.
- Fill live vacancies.
