The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, overseeing Capex and timelines, and working collaboratively with other members of the team. One would have a BSc in Construction or Civil Engineering degree.
In addition to your experience in construction and project management, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, including the Engineering Manager and design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
