Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree (BSc or B-Tech) in the built environment or related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience, with 5 years in a senior role in a medium to large organization. Professional registration will be a great advantage. Skills and Knowledge: Advanced business planning and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership in operational and financial performance.
