Purpose: Oversee the companys financial strategy, management, and operations. The CFO is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow management, budgeting, taxation, and auditing. This role requires strong partnerships with lending institutions, shareholders, and the broader financial community to support the companys growth objectives. Requirements: Requirements: Educational Requirements: BCom, HONS, CPA or equivalent (NQF 8). CA will be a great advantage. Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 8 years in a senior role in a medium to large organization. Skills and Knowledge: Expertise in financial planning, management and modelling. Proven track record in maintaining customer/supplier relationships, high standards of financial control, and working capital management. Strong understanding of accounting standards. Advanced IT skills with knowledge of relevant financial software.
