Your new role
This role will see you taking on a strategic role in coordinating and delivering this company's practice-wide bid programme as you lead, manage and develop the bid submission process. Your duties in this role are inclusive of but not limited to;
Coordinate inputs from external consultants, internal teams and industry partnersOversee opportunity identification, qualification, bid invitation reviews, bid/no-bid analysis, and timeline establishment.Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.Evaluate new business opportunities through tender portals, market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment.Monitor and analyse bid performance conducting post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be working closely with senior personnel responsible for business development, client relationships and bid submissions as well as supporting the administrative team in the collation and presentation of bid documentation. As such, you will require:3+ years of experience managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.Familiarity with eTenders processes and industry-specific bidProactive and motivated approach with strong technical and communication skills.Excellent organizational and administrative abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe InDesign
