To oversee the management of the Call Centre based claims area nationally, ensuring that the set key deliverables such as cost containment and customer service levels are met. The Claims Fulfilment team should remain dynamic and share a common goal of exceeding customer expectations by keeping them informed and timeously settling claims while applying risk management principles. Conduct performance appraisals in terms of the agreed performance targets as stipulated in the performance contracts, including one-on-one discussions held at the end of each month. Manage the performance of the consultants and address any identified gaps through coaching or any other suitable performance management improvement tools. Maintain accurate records of the performance and development plans of individual consultants in their personal files.

Experience Required
Relevant Short-Term Insurance FAIS qualification and experience.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in short term insurance.
Minimum of 2 years relevant Homeowner’s Insurance / Short term insurance claims experience in a management capacity/leadership role.
Minimum of 2 years management/leadership experience in an insurance call centre.
Broad and sound insurance background on Personal lines Insurance cover and claims.
