Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new restaurant operation and ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
- Experience and knowledge of regulations regarding health inspectors, liquor licenses and other legal industry requirements
- Experience in kitchen operations, meals and menu preparation
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff
- Proven track record in restaurant management
