As the Group Financial Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, guiding our financial strategy and overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role requires a candidate with proven expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis, and forecasting, as well as a robust understanding of financial systems and structures.
Duties: - Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies to support the companys growth and objectives
- Oversee corporate finance functions, including budgeting, cash flow, and asset management
- Manage financial systems and processes
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom or BSC)
- CPA, Masters, or Honours Degree is advantageous
- Proven experience in a Financial Director or similar senior finance role
- Detailed knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
