Full job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listening to quality control on outbound calls made.
- Coaching and motivating staff based on feedback listened to.
- Generating and analyzing various call centre reports based on call outcomes and service delivery to clients.
- Emailing clients with information regarding client queries.
- Updating staff earnings.
- Updating attendance registers.
- Assisting with recruitment and staff training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Matric
- Having a good knowledge and experience using MS Excel
- Reliable transport
- Prior Insurance or customer service experience will be advantageous
