Listening to quality control on outbound calls made.
Coaching and motivating staff based on feedback listened to.
Generating various call centre reports based on call outcomes and service delivery to clients.
Emailing clients with information regarding client queries.
Updating staff earnings.
Updating attendance registers.
Having a good knowledge of MS Excel is critical as well as excellent written English.
Assisting with recruitment and staff training.
