Duties & Responsibilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in the BuildSmart system is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for informed decision-making.
- Oversee human resources functions within the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Lead review and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy.
