PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR with LASER CUTTER experience
* Minimum 3 Years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry
* Provide Leadership & Management to the Production Team
* Monitor Production Quality & Implement corrective actions
* Supervise Employees in the Manufacturing environment
* Manage Human Capital, including Absenteeism/Disciplinary
Matters
* Process Incident/Accident Reports
* Ensure that Staff in line with work according to Production9
* Ensure Staff's Quality of work meets Specifications
* Responsible for the Quality & Accuracy of his/her work
* Troubleshoot Problems during Machine Operation
* Perform Random Tests to ensure accuracy
* Safety Checks on Every Machine
* Handle Materials - within the Shop & Outdoors as required
* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
