Main Responsibilities - To perform Services and breakdown repairs, on clients drill equipment at customer site.
- To do on the job training of customer artisans during machine services and machine breakdown
- To promote customers best practices of maintenance and services
- To do regular audits of the customers machines
- Check and recommend type of spares and what the recommended stock levels should be.
- Communicate and implement technical news bulletins to customer.
- Commissioning of machines in the territory.
Required Skills and Capabilities - Experience in Customer Service and good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizational skills as required
- An ability to work unsupervised at set standards
- Be willing to travel as and when required in the performance of his duties and training
- Computer Literate
- Good product knowledge
