Position: National Key Accounts Manager: - Johannesburg
The main purpose of this position is to drive sales and maintain customer relationships with the assigned accounts and establish new customer relationships where required.
Matric is essential and further qualifications.
Minimum 5 years' sales experience within the FMCG, Food, Retail, Informal Trade and Wholesale, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
Establish, build and maintain effective Group Owner / Buyer relationships by conducting regular visits.
Resolve issues regarding rebate payments and any Grouping related queries.
Communicate cycle deal & promotional opportunities to gain market share.
Conduct casings tests (thickness, filling capacity, etc). Testing on new lines, introduce and monitor performance of casings in conjunction with the relevant Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Communicate new product and technical innovations to enhance their business
Sales Administration and Reporting
Travel with ASMs to grouping accounts where possible.
Consolidate and maintain notes for each grouping customer.
Liaise with ASMs regularly to track current grouping performance and strategy plan implementation.
Submit weekly grouping feedback to Line Manager and Managing Director.
Sales Growth
Grow designated businesses, with regards to adding more lines, replacing current alternate supplier lines to gain market share.
Drive and achieve designated sales budgets, in terms of volume and revenue for NC, ING, ARC and GEL
