- Proven sales expertise in the Software Solutions sector.
- Strong skills in presentation, judgment, planning, and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Self-driven, innovative, and a motivated team player.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and franchises.
- Identify opportunities for our clients Software Solutions in various contexts.
- Connect with key decision-makers within client companies.
- Create professional presentations and proposals that address customer needs, proposed solutions, costs, and technology.
- Clearly explain technology and pricing models.
- Provide customers with current technical information and advice.
- Highlight customer needs and potential solutions.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on our clients software solutions and service offerings.
- Enhance the sales teams product knowledge through hands-on training.
- Conduct training sessions and assist franchise sales teams with product demonstrations.
Strategic Planning
- Support the Sales Manager in implementing budgets and targets.
- Develop customer relationships to ensure readiness for purchases and encourage upgrades.
- Effectively address any customer objections.
- Present document-solution and cost recovery propositions based on in-depth knowledge.
- Use a consultative approach in selling software solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Comfortable engaging in both boardroom meetings and with end-users or IT specialists.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of our clientsSolution products through training and document reviews.
- Achieve monthly sales performance targets and goals.
Other Assignments
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Chief Sales Officer or any C-level executive.
