Duties and Responsibilities: Manage stock control and purchasing of all food and beverage items, equipment, smalls, maintenance, and other requests Oversee the control and management of hotel vehicles Ensure smooth operations of all store functions Allocate staff for requisitions, issuing, bulk preparation, and portioning Maintain store cleanliness and implement effective stock rotation Train and develop staff to enhance operational efficiency Manage personnel effectively to foster a productive work environment Requirements: Matric certificate Hospitality Degree/Diploma (advantageous) Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position Previous experience in store management or logistics management Familiarity with Micros System or other stock management systems is preferable
