Assist with training and mentoring housekeeping staff, fostering a team-oriented and service-focused environment. Coordinate housekeeping schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize guest disruption. Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to the fast-paced environment of a 5-star lodge. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
