Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure tables are clean and well-set throughout service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Requirements: Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
