Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs. Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services and bookings. Maintain a clean and organized spa reception area. Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery. Upsell additional services and products offered by the spa. Requirements: Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment, with recent experience using Opera software. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per lodge operations. Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
