A busy South African steakhouse style restaurant with a modern twist seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager matching the following specifications:
- Tertiary qualification e.g. F&B or Hotel Management Certificate/Diploma
- Must have 4 years of Restaurant Management experience in a recognized full-service restaurant - NOT FAST FOODS OR QSR
- Good service skills and superior wine knowledge
- Strong on both front of house and back of house/kitchen
- MS Office and POS proficiency
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
- Must be accustomed to living in a remote area, away from a city
- Stable work record - NO JOB HOPPERS; only career-minded candidates will be considered
- Shift and weekend work applies
