We’re seeking an experienced Client Service Director with a proven track record in managing a full-service agency environment, adept across Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), Through the Line (TTL), and Digital campaigns. This role will require a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and a knack for fostering strong client relationships to drive success across various advertising disciplines. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a people-centric leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills, ready to take on a key leadership position in delivering outstanding client experiences and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagements, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of ATL, BTL, TTL, and Digital campaigns, ensuring all elements align with client objectives and agency standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the client service team to exceed expectations in all campaign deliverables. Build a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and continuous improvement.
- Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecasts, and billing for client projects, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding quality and timeline standards.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and workflows to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of all campaign components, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, strategy, and digital teams to develop and execute cohesive, integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of client service experience within a full-service agency, with hands-on exposure to ATL, BTL, TTL, and Digital channels.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, client accounts, and complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Strategic Insight: Strong background in strategic planning and campaign management across all advertising channels.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey campaign insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving client concerns and challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in various agency verticals and a solid understanding of emerging digital trends.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
