Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new business partnerships in local neighborhoods to join our network of pickup points . Meet and exceed partnership monthly targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of business development activities and local businesses interactions in CRM systems. Provide timely and regular reports to the head of business development on potential prospects, meetings, negotiations and market feedback What we are looking for Proven experience (5 years) in sales, business development and or prospecting enterprise organizations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong skills in self-sourcing opportunities (outreach) and the ability to appropriately qualify inbound leads. Works well with cross-functional teams and performs in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Eagerness to achieve goals and quotas. Experience working with enterprise sales and CRM tools. Must be self-directed, a quick learner, energetic, and an enthusiastic team player. Challenger-sales methodology skills are a plus. Qualifications Matric required.
