This ever-growing business is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to take on the key role of overseeing the finance function in South Africa. As the most senior finance professional locally, you will play a crucial role in managing operations and reporting directly to the UK board. Other duties include: Reporting to the UK board with critical insights on South African operations. Managing the complete finance function, including budgeting and reporting. Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance. Collaborating with operational teams to drive performance. Leading initiatives to improve efficiency and implement best practices. Education: BCom Degree with completed articles. Additional qualifications like AGA(SA), CIMA, or Honours (preferred). Job Experience & Skills required: Minimum of 8 years in the commercial sector. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide a finance team. Experience reporting to international stakeholders or boards.
