Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Channel Engagement Framework Ensure that channels follow the sales engagement model Support Finance and Commercial business unit to improve margins (pricing strategies) Ensure contracting and SLAs development with all channels Facilitate approvals and comply with internal controls Ensure productisation of all products aligned with contractual obligations Adhere to the Information Security Management System policies and procedures as per ISO 27001 A degree in IT or any other relevant degree 3 years of experience in Sales Account management experience Experience with CRM software Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Willingness and ability to travel with own transport
