Your responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project success within scope, budget, and timeframes, and developing processes that enhance efficiency. As a skilled problem solver and decision maker, youll manage resource allocation, foster team growth, and drive innovation. To succeed in this role, youll need a Bachelors/BTech degree in engineering (trade-tested artisan is a plus), 6 years of technical team leadership experience, and 8 years within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in project management and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with GGC (factories) and an understanding of regulatory compliance are advantageous.
