Key responsibilities include organising and evaluating the QA/QC team, conducting internal and external audits, managing non-conformities, and fostering a strong quality-focused culture across the site. This individual will also be tasked with driving continuous improvement initiatives, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology, with at least 10 years of experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
