Are you a skilled accountant looking to play a key role in adding value to business decisions? Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking an experienced accountant to join their team and contribute to the financial success of their clients and business tenants.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a value-adding business partner to tenants, property management, and clients.
- Provide financial insights to influence key business decisions.
- Oversee financial processes and ensure accurate reporting to clients.
- Handle financial reporting, budgeting, management accounts, balance sheets, audits, and tax compliance.
Requirements: - Minimum of a BCom degree with Accounting III.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in SAP, NICOR/MDA, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax (including VAT), and capital expenditure.
Skills & Competencies: - Advanced financial calculations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Strong customer relationship building and teamwork.
- Attention to detail, financial acumen, and a drive for productivity.
Preferred Experience: - Commercial experience is advantageous.
