The Kandua I B2B partnerships allows a customer to gain access to Kandua Elite Service Providers for the service they need e.g. Insurance claims. The responsibility of the B2B Insurance Job Handler is end-to-end claim management. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and quoting assessment.
- Assessing and validating claim information, including reviewing documentation and conducting investigations to determine coverage and liability.
- Engaging with Kandua Service Providers to collate the correct information to complete Insurance Claims reports and submit for approval.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process.
- Identifying and escalating potential fraudulent activities or discrepancies for further investigation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines and procedures.
- Communicating with policyholders, Insurance partners and Pros to manage a claim to completion.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of claims processes and customer experience through feedback and innovative solutions.

Requirements
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of the function, process and systems of Insurance.
- Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, handling more than one project (claim)at a time.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
- Feel comfortable with a level of ambiguity and an unstructured environment, agile by nature and be comfortable with things changing quickly and often.
- Passionate about people and bringing out the best in them.
- Able to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
Qualifications and Experience :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in claims handling, specifically in home
- insurance.
- Knowledge of the South African insurance market, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear explanations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple
claims simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred, but not essential) and experience with
claims management software.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and upholding the
company values and mission.
- Relevant insurance qualifications are highly desirable.

- Working in insurance (non-motor) / call center, BPO operations
- Working in tech, SAAS or marketplace startup
