As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in finding and selecting the best candidates for our clients' hospitality positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Using your industry knowledge and expertise, you'll source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events. Your keen eye for talent and strong assessment skills will enable you to identify qualified candidates and conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of hospitality industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and select top talent for a variety of positions.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
