We are partnering with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) to find Production Operatives for their cutting-edge Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC). Job Title: Production Operator
Location: i54 Business Park, Innovation Drive, Coven, Wolverhampton, WV9 5GA
Job Type: Temporary with potential to move to perm based on performance
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £22.83 per hour (dependent on shift pattern and experience).
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3-shift rotation (Mornings: £16.39 - £18.64/hr, Afternoons: £19.67 - £22.37/hr, Nights: £20.08 - £22.83/hr).
Time to Unwind: 34 days of holiday (including bank holidays) plus a 2-week summer shutdown.

Collaborate with your team to assemble world-class electric propulsion systems and luxury vehicles.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications
Strong ability to consistently follow set work sequences and safety guidelines (full training provided).
Sharp attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and pick up overtime when needed.
Desirable: Previous experience on a moving production line or familiarity with continuous improvement.
Desirable: Basic digital confidence or comfort using simple technology.
