Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)
Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35 - 45K Year 1) | Structured Training | Rapid Progression & Leadership Opportunities
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)

What you'll actually be doing
This is a sales-led, people-focused role where you'll learn how to:
Interview professionals in your market, understanding their career goals and motivations
Build relationships with businesses and develop new clients
Manage interview processes, feedback, offers and negotiations
Work to targets and develop your own "desk" with full support
Become a specialist and trusted advisor in your niche
Training & progression
You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive. You'll get:
