SAP Systems & UAT Specialist – Payroll / Pensions
£426 per day Umbrella | 6-month initial contract | London (Hybrid)
Essential Requirements

Strong practical experience working with SAP systems.

Proven experience undertaking User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Previous experience within payroll or pensions systems and processes.

Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects.

Ability to undertake data validation, reconciliation and defect tracking.

Confident working directly within SAP in a project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting a payroll systems implementation project, with a particular focus on system testing, UAT and implementation activities. Responsibilities will include supporting testing cycles, parallel runs and system comparison exercises, validating data, investigating discrepancies and tracking defects through to resolution.
You will also contribute to process mapping and documentation, support system configuration changes and work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and external system partners.
This is a project-based position rather than a business-as-usual payroll processing role. Candidates must be comfortable accessing SAP directly and contributing hands-on to testing and implementation activities.

Location: Guildhall, London.

Working arrangements: Hybrid, with an expectation of attending the office approximately twice per week.

Some additional onsite attendance may be required during key project phases, including go-live.
