Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Lode Ln, Solihull B92 8NW
Job Type: Ongoing contract with potential to move temp to perm based on performance
Pay Rate: £16.39 - £22.83 per hour (varies based on shift pattern and experience)
Working Days: Monday to Friday rotational shifts (No weekends!)
Responsibilities
You will receive full, comprehensive training from day one. Your daily tasks include:
Collaborating with your team to assemble modern luxury vehicles.
Following standardised work sequences to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Identifying opportunities to make processes safer, smoother, and more efficient.
Taking pride in your workspace, tools, and safety, while looking out for the wellbeing of your teammates.
Qualifications
Ability to reliably follow work instructions with excellent attention to detail.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
A proactive, team-focused mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
Previous experience on a moving production line or with continuous improvement is desirable but not required.
Basic computer and digital technology skills are considered an asset.
