Benefits:
£20,000 basic salary with realistic £50,000 OTE

Meet and engage professionally with customers visiting the dealership
Present new and used vehicles clearly and effectively
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Guide customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
Work towards agreed sales, finance and performance targets as a Car Sales Executive
Maintain accurate records and a professional approach during every customer interactionRequirements:
Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within an automotive sales environment is desirable
Confident, customer-focused and commercially motivated approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships and identify customer needs
Proven motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential
Professional, organised and enthusiastic attitude
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off
